Job Requirements
- 3+ years of wedding planning experience
- high-end and off-premise event planning experience preferred
- portfolio of weddings with $50k+ budgets and 150+ guests
- excellent communication skills
- proficiency with event planning software
- valid driver’s license
- availability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays during peak wedding season
- ability to lift 30 lbs and be on feet for extended periods
- professional demeanor

- portfolio of weddings with $50k+ budgets and 150+ guests
- strong knowledge of wedding trends and industry practices
- exceptional communication and leadership skills
- proficiency with timeline management and planning software such as AislePlanner, Social Tables, AllSeated, Microsoft Office, and Google Suite
- valid driver’s license
- ability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays
- physical ability to lift 30 lbs and stand for 10+ hours on event days
- professional presence suitable for high-net-worth clientele
Job Duties
- Own the client journey from contract signing to event completion
- design and execute high-end weddings for 150-300 guests with budgets from $75k to $250k+
- manage off-premise logistics for events at private estates, vineyards, and unique venues
- curate and negotiate contracts with vendor teams including florists, photographers, bands, and rental companies
- lead event weekends including rehearsals, wedding day timeline execution, and vendor management
- collaborate with culinary and design teams to develop farm-to-table menu experiences and customized tablescapes
- manage event budgets, upsell enhancements, and track incentive revenue goals
- provide calm and effective problem-solving to ensure client, family, and vendor satisfaction
