As the Lead Wedding Planner / Creative Event Lead, you will play a pivotal role in supporting select weddings and events throughout the year. Your responsibilities will span assisting with client meetings, logistical planning, timeline management, vendor communication, and onsite event leadership. Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in event planning or related fields
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in luxury event planning or wedding coordination
  • Proven ability to manage complex events and multi-day celebrations
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to maintain composure under pressure and solve problems efficiently
