Job Duties

create wedding timelines for couples
be an advocate for the couple, keeping them calm under pressure and assisting with any issues that arise throughout the day
oversee ceremony and reception set up
execute all day-of operations for the wedding, including being present at the venue from morning setup through tear down
greet and direct all vendors
communicate with all vendors regarding set ups
set up seating cards, menu cards, table numbers, favors, guest book and other decor
assist the wedding party and family with any needs, questions or concerns
ensure end of event arrangements are made for gifts, guest book, toasting flutes, etc.
