Leigh & Co. Events is a fast-growing wedding planning company dedicated to providing exceptional wedding design, coordination, and planning services for engaged couples. With a reputation for creativity, attention to detail, and client satisfaction, Leigh & Co. Events helps couples bring their dream weddings to life through personalized support and expert execution. As a reputable leader in the wedding planning industry, the company offers a dynamic work environment for those passionate about event planning and customer service. Leigh & Co. Events focuses on creating memorable experiences that are both seamless and beautiful, ensuring each wedding is unique and perfectly coordinated. Whether it is intimate ceremonies or large receptions, the team at Leigh & Co. Events is committed to excellence and making the planning process enjoyable for every client. The company is currently seeking talented individuals to join their team as Lead Wedding Coordinators for the 2026 season and beyond. This is an exciting contract role that offers flexibility in scheduling, allowing planners to choose their own hours while being paid a competitive rate of $400 per project for 10-12 hours of work. Training is provided, making it a great opportunity for those looking to develop their wedding planning careers and gain valuable hands-on experience in the field.

The Lead Wedding Coordinator position involves serving as the primary onsite planner responsible for delivering comprehensive wedding planning services to couples. You will collaborate closely with client experience managers during the planning phase and assistant coordinators on the day of the event to ensure flawless execution. Your responsibilities will include managing all aspects of the wedding day from vendor arrival to final breakdown, overseeing ceremony rehearsals, and acting as the couple’s main advocate throughout the event. This role requires a calm and solutions-oriented approach to handle any unexpected challenges effectively while maintaining a positive atmosphere. You will coordinate logistics, communicate clearly with vendors, support the wedding party and families, and ensure every detail is aligned with the event design and timeline. Attention to detail and excellent communication skills are essential, as you will be handling multiple tasks concurrently to create a smooth and memorable experience for all guests. This position demands the ability to work weekends, as most weddings take place on those days, and requires physical capability to lift up to 30 pounds as part of setup and breakdown duties. Reliable transportation is also necessary to travel to wedding venues. For individuals who thrive in a fast-paced and creative environment, the Lead Wedding Coordinator role at Leigh & Co.
