We are currently seeking Lead Wedding Coordinators based in Oklahoma City for contract positions starting with the 2026 wedding season and beyond. This role offers flexibility in scheduling, allowing coordinators to pick their own hours based on project needs, supported by thorough training to set them up for success. Pay for this role ranges from $20 to $35 per hour and is compensated on a per-project basis, making it an attractive opportunity for those passionate about weddings and interested in gaining hands-on experience in the wedding industry.

The Lead Wedding Coordinator plays a pivotal role within our team, leading the execution of wedding day events primarily onsite. This position requires an individual who can act as the primary liaison among the couple, vendors, and the wedding team to ensure a smooth and stress-free experience. Responsibilities include creating detailed wedding timelines, managing day-of operations from the early morning setup to the end-of-night teardown, and overseeing the arrangement and decoration of the venue.
