Job Requirements
- Ability to work weekends is essential

- Must have strong communication skills and be detail oriented
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must be able to carry and lift 30 lbs

- Able to maintain calm and supportive demeanor during events
Job Duties
- Create wedding timelines for couples
- Be an advocate for the couple, keeping them calm under pressure and assisting with any issues that arise throughout the day
- Oversee ceremony and reception set up
- Execute all day-of operations for the wedding, which includes being at the venue from the very beginning of the morning through teardown at the end of the night
- Greet and direct all vendors
- Communicate with all vendors regarding set ups
- Set up of seating cards, menu cards, table numbers, favors, guest book and other decor
- Assist the wedding party and family with any needs, questions or concerns
- Ensure end of event arrangements are made for gifts, guest book, toasting flutes, etc.
