We are currently seeking a Wedding Event Planner who will play a pivotal role in transforming a couple's wedding vision into an unforgettable celebration. This is an exciting opportunity for both experienced wedding planners and hospitality professionals eager to grow their skillset in a fast-paced, client-focused environment. The Wedding Event Planner at Trademark Venues serves as a trusted partner to couples, guiding them through every step of the planning process. From initial consultations and timeline coordination to collaborating with culinary teams, venue staff, and vendors, this role requires exceptional organizational skills, multitasking abilities, and a commitment to delivering service that exceeds expectations.

The planner will handle various responsibilities including scheduling tastings and walkthroughs, managing multiple events simultaneously, anticipating challenges, and ensuring smooth execution on the day of the event. With a focus on clear, empathetic communication and relationship-building, the Wedding Event Planner helps create seamless, joyful experiences that leave lasting impressions for clients and their guests. The role demands flexibility, including availability to work weekends and standing or walking for extended periods. Lifting up to 25 pounds may be necessary.

Successful candidates will be strong communicators who take pride in their work, enjoy working collaboratively, and are passionate about helping people celebrate one of the most important days of their lives. Bilingual skills in English and Spanish, as well as experience in wedding planning, hospitality, catering, or related fields, are strongly preferred. The position offers competitive compensation and benefits such as medical, dental, and vision coverage, paid time off, career development opportunities, and a supportive team environment. At Trademark Venues, the culture is driven by core behaviors like intentional service, clear accountability, extraordinary empathy, ethics in action, adaptive excellence, and operational clarity. We foster a workplace where all employees feel valued, respected, and empowered to succeed, reflecting our commitment to equity and inclusion in every event we host.
