Job Duties
- Assist with unloading, organizing, and transporting decor items at wedding venues
- Set up ceremony and reception decor according to provided instructions and design plans
- Arrange centerpieces, candles, signage, place settings, linens, and other decorative elements
- Help move tables, chairs, and decor items as needed
- Ensure all decor is clean, organized, and event-ready before guests arrive
- Pack and organize decor following the event when teardown assistance is requested
- Work efficiently as part of a team while maintaining a positive, professional attitude
- Follow directions from the Lead Coordinator and assist with additional setup tasks as needed
