Job Duties
- attend final details call with clients about six weeks prior to wedding to confirm timelines and expectations
- facilitate ceremony rehearsal to familiarize participants with flow and cues
- manage entire wedding day from vendor arrivals to final breakdown
- oversee ceremony and reception setup in line with event design
- direct vendors and assist with the placement of personal and event details
- support wedding party and family during event
- ensure all end-of-event items are properly packed and accounted for
