Job Duties
- Run events like a pro by handling all logistics from setup to guest sendoff
- coordinate wedding details and ensure smooth operation on the big day
- manage rehearsal coordination and decor setup
- perform administrative tasks including preparing floor plans and vendor communication
- collaborate with in-house planning and sales teams, on-site staff, and external vendors
- assist with banquet setup and tear-down
- monitor event timelines and guest experience
