Job Requirements
- Ability to work weekends is essential
- must have two years experience as a wedding planner or event planner
- must have strong communication skills and be detail oriented
- must have reliable transportation
- must be able to carry and lift 30 lbs

Job Duties
- Attend final details call approximately six weeks prior to wedding to confirm logistics, timeline and expectations
- lead and facilitate ceremony rehearsal to ensure participant confidence in timing and cues
- serve as primary advocate for the couple onsite providing calm and solutions-focused support
- oversee ceremony and reception setup in alignment with event design and execution playbook
- manage full wedding day execution from vendor arrival to final breakdown
- greet, direct and act as main point of contact for all vendors
- coordinate and assist with placement of personal and event details including escort cards, menus, table numbers, favors, guest book and décor elements
