We are excited to announce an opening for the Lead Wedding Coordinator position in Utah. This contract role offers flexibility with the ability to set your own schedule, making it an ideal opportunity for passionate wedding planners looking to expand their career. The role provides a chance to be at the forefront of wedding coordination, working directly with clients and a team of event professionals to ensure a perfect wedding day. It includes training, making it accessible for those eager to develop their skills further. Compensation for this role is $350 per project, covering approximately 10-12 hours of work. The Lead Wedding Coordinator will mainly serve in an onsite capacity, orchestrating all aspects of wedding execution while maintaining direct communication with couples and vendors. Key responsibilities include attending final details calls, leading rehearsals, managing vendor interactions, overseeing ceremony and reception setups, and ensuring the smooth flow of the entire event from start to finish. The coordinator acts as the primary advocate for couples during their special day, ensuring their vision is fulfilled and any challenges are handled calmly and efficiently. This position offers a unique mix of organization, creativity, and onsite event management, ideal for individuals who thrive in fast-paced, client-oriented environments.
