As a Lead Wedding Coordinator at Leigh & Co. Key components of the role include attending a final details call with clients about six weeks prior to the wedding to confirm timelines and expectations, facilitating the ceremony rehearsal to familiarize participants with the flow and cues, and managing the entire wedding day from vendor arrivals to the final breakdown. The coordinator acts as the couple’s primary advocate onsite, maintaining a calm and solution-oriented approach to address any challenges that may arise. Responsibilities also cover overseeing ceremony and reception setup in line with event design, directing vendors, assisting with the placement of personal and event details, supporting the wedding party and family, and ensuring all end-of-event items are properly packed and accounted for.
