Job Duties
- Attend a final details call with clients to confirm logistics, timeline, and expectations
- Lead and facilitate the ceremony rehearsal ensuring all participants understand timing and cues
- Serve as the primary advocate for the couple onsite maintaining a calm and solutions-focused presence
- Oversee ceremony and reception setup in alignment with event design and execution playbook
- Manage full wedding day execution from vendor arrival through final breakdown
- Greet, direct, and act as the main point of contact for all vendors
- Coordinate and assist with placement of personal and event details including escort cards, menus, table numbers, favors, guest book, and décor elements
