Job Description

Our company specializes in creating breathtaking weddings and exceptional special events by seamlessly combining creativity, organization, and hands-on execution. We are a dynamic event design and production firm dedicated to bringing clients' visions to life through the careful preparation and setup of unique décor and floral arrangements. Our team is passionate about delivering flawless event experiences, ensuring each celebration is memorable for everyone involved. We pride ourselves on maintaining a professional, yet energetic and creative work environment where teamwork and individual initiative are equally valued.

This job opening is for a unique part-time role that serves as both a warehouse associate and an on-site event leader. The position requires a balance of physical labor, organizational skill, and leadership capabilities. You will be involved from the initial stages of preparing décor items, such as vases, candles, arches, and bars, to on-site coordination during event setup and teardown. Your responsibilities will include managing inventory, operating company vehicles including large box trucks, and leading temporary event staff to complete tasks efficiently while maintaining the highest standards of quality. Working hours vary between 20 to 30 hours a week and include evenings, weekends, and some late nights to align with event schedules.

Working with us means no two days are ever the same. Each event presents new challenges and opportunities for creativity and problem-solving. The role also offers opportunities to build leadership experience through managing teams and interacting directly with clients, venues, and vendors. We look for dependable, energetic individuals who enjoy physical work, can communicate well, and remain calm and adaptable in a fast-paced environment. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives on seeing the tangible results of their work in the form of beautifully executed weddings and celebrations. Pay ranges from $18.00 to $25.00 per hour, depending on experience and skill set, and the position is based on our warehouse and at local event venues, requiring some travel within the area.

If you are motivated to contribute to creating unforgettable experiences and want to be part of an expanding company, this position offers growth potential and a unique blend of hands-on operational work and leadership responsibilities. A well-rounded individual who appreciates variety, teamwork, and being part of turning detailed plans into visual realities will excel in this role.
