- preferred two years hotel experience or completed Event Management trainee program
- preferred training in wedding and event planning, selling, negotiating, business writing, and presentation skills
- preferred certified Hyatt Wedding Specialist or similar training
Job Duties
- administer sales agreements
- detail all food, beverage, setup and audiovisual needs
- manage room blocks and pick up
- handle billing instructions and final reviews
- facilitate communication before, during and after events with hotel staff
- ensure customer expectations are consistently exceeded
- host hotel tours and event tastings
