This position focuses on the role of a Shift Manager at a McDonald’s franchise restaurant. Shift Managers play a crucial part in the daily operations of the restaurant by managing a variety of tasks to ensure that each shift runs smoothly. These include planning, monitoring performance, ensuring adherence to safety and security protocols, managing profitability, and facilitating communication with incoming managers to maintain continuity. The role requires leadership skills to motivate and guide team members while ensuring that the restaurant meets both company standards and customer expectations. Shift Managers are tasked with hitting operational targets and supporting assigned departments in achieving their goals.

The ideal candidate for this position has previous leadership experience, preferably in the restaurant, retail, or hospitality sectors.
