Job Requirements
- One to two years experience in a customer service position
- experience working at a hotel or restaurant establishment highly desired
- experience maintaining safety requirements highly desired
- knowledge of guest satisfaction maintenance
- ability to follow sanitation practices
- ability to communicate with guests in a friendly manner
- food preparation skills
- ability to practice safe work habits and use required safety equipment
- ability to ensure guest satisfaction
- Open Table and Toast experience preferred but not required
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Greet all guests as they arrive to the restaurant in a friendly and welcoming manner
- assist servers with side duties to ensure all guest supplies are ready for service
- operate the Point-of-Sale system (Toast), processing cash and credit card transactions
- clean counters, shelves, furniture, and/or equipment to maintain restaurant cleanliness for front and back of house
- clean spilled items, broken items, and remove trash when necessary
- mop or vacuum floors
- perform other various duties as requested by management
