Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • At least 1 year of front-of-house bartender-server experience in a high-volume bar or restaurant
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
  • Must be able to withstand prolonged periods of standing and/or walking
  • Ability to bend, reach, and repeat motions
  • Ability to lift stock up to 50 lbs occasionally

Job Qualifications

  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • At least 1 year of front-of-house bartender-server experience in a high-volume bar or restaurant required
  • Hotel experience preferred
  • Formal bartender education preferred
  • Basic math and computer skills
  • POS experience required
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays

Job Duties

  • Mix and serve alcohol and non-alcohol drinks for guests following standard recipes and using company standardized proportions
  • Serve alcohol beverages responsibly, request identification, and adhere to all company alcohol service policies and procedures
  • Serve food at the bar and in the dining room for customers and hotel guests
  • Enter drink and food orders into the POS system, collect payment from guests for drinks served, and make correct change
  • Complete sales and inventory reports accurately
  • Maintain bar stock by ordering or requisitioning liquors, beverages, condiments, and supplies
  • Clean and store bar equipment and bar stock
