The On Call Waterman Food Runner role at Four Seasons Resort O'ahu at Ko Olina presents an exciting opportunity for individuals passionate about hospitality and customer service. Reporting to the Pool & Beach Leadership Team, the Waterman Food Runner assists with delivering food and beverages from the kitchen to the pool and beach areas. This role is essential to providing seamless, efficient service in a high-energy, guest-focused environment. The position demands excellent interpersonal skills, the ability to multitask, and a genuine passion for delivering hospitality excellence with aloha spirit. Flexibility is crucial, as the role requires working early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays to meet the needs of guests.

As a Waterman Food Runner, you will serve as an ambassador of the Four Seasons brand by greeting guests warmly and ensuring their requests are handled promptly and professionally. Responsibilities include assisting with clearing, cleaning, setting up tables and pool chairs, stocking necessary items such as linens and utensils, and maintaining food stations. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and takes pride in contributing to guests’ memorable experiences.

Job Duties

  • Deliver food and beverages from the kitchen to the pool and beach areas
  • assist in clearing, cleaning, setting up tables and pool chairs for service
  • greet guests according to Four Seasons standards
  • anticipate guest needs and respond urgently to guest requests
  • assist in stocking linen, silverware, utensils, towels, and food items for service
  • assist in breaking down, cleaning, and set-up of food stations
