Job Requirements
- High school degree or equivalent preferred
- Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions
- Basic math proficiency
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Ability to meet attendance schedule
- Able to lift and maneuver slings and products up to required weights
- Willingness to work shifts including weekends and overtime
- Must work safely in warehouse environment with exposure to varying weather, noise, and temperature conditions
Job Qualifications

- Ability to meet attendance schedule requirements
Job Duties
- Check all machine safety devices before operation and complete safety forms
- Notify supervisor if machine fails safety inspection
- Load washers and dryers using slings and manage batch tickets to avoid mixing lots
- Operate washer and dryer machines including setting formulas and handling batch tickets
- Enter weight data into SOFTROL system and transport loads to staging areas
- Unload washers and dryers while verifying moisture levels and product quality
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment and follow production best practices
