The role of a ware-washer in our restaurant is critical and multifaceted. Not only will you be responsible for washing dishes, pots, and pans to the highest standards of cleanliness, but you will also ensure that kitchen staff have all the cooking equipment they need, fully stocked and ready for use at any time. Beyond the kitchen, you will assist the service staff by providing clean, sanitary small wares so that our guests experience impeccable service throughout their visit. This role requires diligence and attention to detail, as ware-washers also handle general cleaning duties, trash removal, and maintenance of the cleanliness of the restaurant premises, including fixtures and other physical property. Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior experience in a similar role beneficial
- ability to stand for extended periods
- capable of lifting heavy items
- reliable and punctual
- able to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
Job Qualifications
