The position available is for a full-time Warehouse and Customer Service Associate. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy a dynamic work environment where they can balance responsibilities both in an office setting and a warehouse. Approximately 60 percent of the role involves handling customer service and administrative tasks, which include answering inbound and making outbound customer calls, assisting with product inquiries, processing orders, and maintaining customer records. The remaining 40 percent of the role involves hands-on work in the warehouse such as receiving and organizing inventory, preparing orders for shipment, maintaining warehouse cleanliness, conducting inventory counts, and operating warehouse equipment safely.

Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or ged required
  • Basic computer skills including email, data entry, and standard office software
  • Strong phone communication skills for inbound and outbound customer interactions
  • Good driving record
  • Ability to lift and carry 40 pounds or more regularly
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform physical tasks throughout the day
  • Previous customer service, warehouse, or logistics experience preferred but not required

Job Duties

  • Answer inbound customer calls professionally and courteously
  • Make outbound calls to customers regarding orders, deliveries, and follow-ups
  • Assist customers with product inquiries, order status updates, and general questions
  • Process orders, invoices, and other documentation accurately
  • Maintain customer records and company databases
  • Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure timely order fulfillment
  • Provide exceptional customer service while building positive customer relationships
  • Perform general administrative and clerical tasks as needed
  • Receive, organize, and stock incoming inventory
  • Pull, package, and prepare orders for shipment or pickup
  • Load and unload products safely
  • Maintain warehouse cleanliness and organization
  • Conduct inventory counts and assist with inventory management
  • Safely operate warehouse equipment as trained
  • Assist with deliveries or transportation of materials when required
