Job Requirements
- At least 18 years of age
- safety-first mindset
- ability to pass a standard physical abilities test
- sufficient vision and hearing necessary to operate powered equipment safely
- good attendance record
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous warehouse experience helpful but not required
- basic understanding of warehouse machinery operation
- ability to follow detailed instructions accurately
- good communication skills
- capacity to work in cold and ambient temperature environments
- strong focus on safety and compliance
Job Duties
- Follow precise directions to assemble customer orders by loading cases onto a pallet
- operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment (no prior certification required)
- load and unload inbound and outbound trailers
- ensure workplace safety by adhering to safety programs, rules and policies
- maintain organized and clean work areas
- communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
- perform physical tasks including lifting cases with weights up to 60 pounds
