The Warehouse Team Member role at RealCold is a vital position that supports the company’s warehouse operations through versatile, cross-functional responsibilities. This role entails moving products and packages throughout the warehouse, loading and unloading materials, and maintaining a safe and organized work environment. The warehouse team member is directly involved in inventory management, order fulfillment, and the distribution of goods within the facility. Key responsibilities include conducting equipment checks, operating warehouse machinery such as forklifts and pallet jacks, staging pallets for shipment, and assembling orders with precision, including product labeling and box building.
