Job Requirements
- 2 years of relevant work experience
- Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook) and computerized scanner equipment
- Availability to work a flexible schedule including planned and unplanned overtime and weekends
- U.S. citizen status to meet government and federal law program requirements
- Ability to lift objects of various shapes, sizes and weights
- Ability to stand, sit or walk for extended periods
- Ability to reach (including above head), bend, climb, push, pull, twist, squat and kneel
- Ability to handle or manage tools or equipment
- Tolerance for hot or cold warehouse environments
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in logistics or related field preferred
- Experience in AS9100 or ISO environments preferred
- Experience in warehousing or third-party logistics (3PL) preferred
- Demonstrated ability to support, follow and communicate company safety guidelines and programs
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and computerized scanner equipment
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Job Duties
- Ensure efficient daily operations of the warehouse
- Prepare schedules
- Supervise the team and provide training and coaching to improve performance
- Monitor work quality to consistently deliver exceptional customer service
- Demonstrate an understanding of the company quality policy
- Adhere to the GXO 7S program
- Maintain a clean environment at all times
- Communicate well with leadership, team members and other departments
- Implement continuous improvement action plans
