Dart’s commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction has positioned it as a top brand in the food and beverage packaging industry, consistently providing high-quality, reliable products to restaurants, retailers, and consumers around the world.

An essential aspect of the role is fostering teamwork and collaboration, as well as setting clear goals and procedures for the staff. The Warehouse Supervisor will directly manage dock operations, including trailer routing and freight scheduling while overseeing shipping, receiving, and inventory management processes.

Further responsibilities involve supporting lean initiatives aimed at driving operational excellence and continuous improvement, as well as tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) and conducting audits to identify and resolve operational deficiencies. The role demands the ability to utilize plant production software and technology to train team members, communicate complex job processes clearly, and contribute to the overall success of the warehouse operations. Dart Container offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision insurance, 401K with matching contributions, paid time off, and professional development opportunities such as tuition reimbursement. The expected pay range for this full-time position is $68,928 to $95,809.50 annually, reflecting the company’s dedication to rewarding skilled and committed leadership.

This position is an exciting opportunity to influence the operational success of a nationally recognized brand that prioritizes quality, sustainability, and customer satisfaction.
