The Warehouse Supervisor role at RealCold is a critical leadership position focused on managing and coordinating the daily operations of the warehouse environment. This role involves direct oversight of the warehouse team and facility to ensure operational efficiency, safety compliance, quality assurance, and adherence to production schedules. The Warehouse Supervisor acts as a vital link between warehouse personnel and management, fostering a positive work environment and instilling a productive and safe culture throughout the facility. This is a salaried, exempt position that demands not only technical knowledge of warehouse operations but also exceptional interpersonal skills to resolve employee issues and maintain effective communication across all organizational levels. The Supervisor is also responsible for tracking warehouse metrics, assisting with resource allocation, and supporting broader operational functions alongside the Operations Manager and General Manager. The role demands proficiency in managing equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks, knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems, and a strong understanding of production management principles in a warehouse setting.
