- Broad training or bachelor’s degree in business administration, accountancy, sales, marketing, computer sciences or similar fields

Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Directs the workflow, motivates, trains and monitors the performance of warehouse associates
- monitors work processes and suggests modifications to improve productivity, efficiency and accuracy
- supports compliance with policies, procedures, safety rules and DEA regulations
- coaches employees to support their development in the role
- supervises receipt of merchandise ensuring accurate logs
- oversees staff in counting, weighing and identifying shipment items
- checks materials against documentation
- oversees order filling, double-checking and shipment of controlled substances
- maintains records of delivery processes
- oversees manifests and departures to ensure timely deliveries
- resolves delivery and order filling issues with customers
- ensures quality packing and protection of breakable items
- maintains detailed records of controlled substances
- tracks attendance, monitors performance and manages overtime of associates
- performs related assigned duties
