Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent is required
- Bachelor’s degree in logistics or related field is preferred
- Minimum of two to three years of experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment
- At least one year in a supervisory role is preferred
- Proficiency with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Transportation Management Systems (TMS)
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Knowledge of safety regulations, quality control procedures, and inventory management
- Excellent problem-solving, troubleshooting, and decision-making skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office

Job Duties
- Provide leadership, guidance, and support to supervisors and team members, including assigning tasks and ensuring targets and schedules are met
- Act as a liaison among the warehouse, company plants and warehouses, and corporate operations to address problems and identify process improvement opportunities
- Actively participate in all employee safety-related activities, fostering an environment that values and insists on safe work practices
- Monitor and resolve issues related to the timely and accurate receiving and shipping of inventory
- Review warehouse invoices against contracted pricing, approve for payment, and post invoices for payables
- Champion continuous improvement activities and foster an environment of employee engagement, empowerment, and teamwork, particularly in relation to continuous improvement, LEAN, and other change-driven areas
- Monitor and evaluate worker performance and provide constructive feedback, including corrective actions as needed
- Ensure the warehouse area is clean, organized, and compliant with health and safety regulations
