The Warehouse Supervisor role at TreeHouse Foods in Ogden, Utah, is a full-time, on-site position vital to ensuring the smooth daily operations of the warehouse for the plant, which manufactures quality griddle and baked goods products. This role requires overseeing a team of warehouse employees, managing preventative and corrective tasks, and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards. The supervisor will provide leadership, guidance, and support to the warehouse team, coordinating with other plants, warehouses, and corporate operations to solve problems and identify improvement opportunities. Active involvement in safety initiatives ensures a healthy workplace where safety is a top priority. Responsibilities include monitoring inventory receiving and shipping, reviewing and approving warehouse invoices, and championing continuous improvement activities such as LEAN methodologies.
