- At least 3 years of supervisory experience coaching, mentoring, and training staff
- At least 3 years warehouse experience
- Basic skill level

Job Duties
- Administer and oversee daily warehouse operations including processing, packaging, and storage of supplies, materials, and equipment
- Ensure overtime is maintained within budget allotment
- Oversee receipt, storage, and shipment of materials and maintain accurate inventory reporting
- Account for all materials and supplies in warehouse facilities
- Audit goods received into the warehouse
- Coach and mentor team members on productivity, quality, safety, and company values
- Ensure routine paperwork is completed accurately and timely
- Assist in maintaining a safe work environment for all employees
- Lead day-to-day activities of warehouse employees by assigning tasks, monitoring progress, and providing guidance
- Collaborate with customer service to resolve warehouse related issues
