The Warehouse Supervisor role at the Denver, CO plant is integral in maintaining the efficiency and safety of supply chain operations. Reporting directly to the Supply Chain Manager, the Warehouse Supervisor will oversee warehouse activities that support both incoming and outgoing shipments. The role revolves around coordinating the flow of raw materials to production lines, ensuring timely receipt, storage, packaging, and distribution of materials while enforcing strict compliance with safety and Good Manufacturing Practices. This leadership position involves guiding a team responsible for transporting and loading materials, monitoring equipment maintenance, and supporting inventory control efforts to minimize obsolete or slow-moving stock.

This position offers a salary range between $63,000 and $93,000 annually, reflecting the candidate's experience and skills, and encompasses full-time, onsite work. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • 2+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment
  • 2+ years of supervisory or leading teams experience
  • proficiency with ERP systems and MS Word and Excel
  • ability to manage multiple tasks and lead others effectively
  • experience in food processing, manufacturing, or warehousing preferred
  • strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • adherence to plant safety and Good Manufacturing Practices
  • willingness to work onsite in Denver, CO
  • availability for full-time employment

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required

  • 2+ years of supervisory or leading teams experience

Job Duties

  • Coordinate warehousing operations to support production needs
  • maintain timely loading, unloading, and scheduling of products and ingredients to meet plant and corporate objectives
  • oversee shipping and receiving operations to ensure efficient handling of raw materials and customer orders
  • establish and maintain warehousing rotation and hold programs
  • champion inventory control discipline including FIFO, timely cycle counts, timely disposition of questionable inventory, and monitoring obsolete or slow moving inventory
  • enforce plant safety programs including compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices
  • monitor the warehouse environment and team members to identify and eliminate unsafe conditions or work practices
  • monitor equipment, submit work orders for repairs, and recommend changes that support safe operation
  • train individuals on safety procedures including forklift and hand-jack operation, loading methods, and trailer operation
  • train, motivate, and monitor performance of warehousing employees
  • recognize strong performance and take corrective action when needed
  • drive initiatives to reduce cost through labor controls, damage reduction, and implementation of methods and tools that improve productivity
