The Warehouse Shift Supervisor position at Victaulic presents an exciting opportunity for someone eager to take ownership of daily warehouse operations. The Warehouse Shift Supervisor ensures smooth coordination of inbound and outbound shipments, cross-dock and yard operations, and optimal utilization of dock and trailer capacity. Beyond operational management, this position demands strong leadership skills to coach and develop staff, enforce safety policies, and uphold compliance with OSHA regulations and company standards. The supervisor also plays a key role in maintaining inventory accuracy through cycle counts and discrepancy resolution, while driving performance metrics such as productivity, accuracy, safety, and attendance.
