Job Description

Oak View Group (OVG) is a globally recognized leader in premium live entertainment infrastructure and services. Established in 2015, OVG has quickly become a dominant force in the industry, providing end-to-end capabilities that cover venue development, management, hospitality, and sponsorship sales. With a portfolio that includes seven world-class venues and an impressive client roster featuring iconic arenas, stadiums, convention centers, music festivals, performing arts centers, and cultural institutions spread across four continents, OVG stands at the forefront of shaping the future of live entertainment. The company's comprehensive expertise and innovative approach ensure that every venue and event they manage delivers an exceptional experience for performers, partners, and fans worldwide.

The Warehouse Runner position is an integral role within Oak View Group's concession operations. This role directly supports the seamless availability and management of products needed during events at some of the most prestigious venues in the world. Primarily responsible for stocking concessions stands and portable locations, maintaining accurate inventory levels, and ensuring compliance with all company standards regarding quality, sanitation, and presentation, the Warehouse Runner plays a pivotal part in the guest experience. Duties include receiving and organizing deliveries, rotating products to maintain freshness, and supporting concessions teams with timely inventory management. This role demands a dependable, team-oriented individual dedicated to outstanding attendance and adherence to company policies. The Warehouse Runner position is a part-time hourly role, offering competitive wages between $14.00 and $18.00 per hour, reflecting OVG's commitment to rewarding skilled and reliable team members.

In addition to the hands-on responsibilities of stocking and inventory control, the Warehouse Runner helps maintain the warehouse environment by keeping storage and preparation areas clean, organized, and secure. This role is not just about physical tasks—it requires attention to detail in handling food products using the FIFO (First-In-First-Out) rotation method, supporting monthly inventory counts, and identifying supply needs to ensure smooth event operations. OVG values the contribution of this role in delivering the highest standards of service, safety, and guest satisfaction that have made their venues industry leaders.

Part-time team members in the Warehouse Runner role also benefit from OVG's commitment to fostering a workplace culture of inclusivity and support. The company offers a 401(k) Savings Plan with matching contributions, providing employees with a pathway to financial growth and stability. The position remains open until August 14, 2026, underscoring the ongoing demand for dedicated individuals to join the Oak View Group family and make a difference in the live entertainment sector. If you are someone who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, enjoys teamwork, and takes pride in contributing to memorable live events, this role offers an excellent opportunity to grow your career in the hospitality and live entertainment industry.
