Job Description

Oak View Group (OVG) is the global leader in premium live entertainment infrastructure and services. Established in 2015, OVG operates at the forefront of venue development, management, hospitality, and sponsorship sales, with a diverse platform that spans several continents. The company controls a collection of seven world-class owned venues and boasts an impressive client roster that includes iconic arenas, stadiums, convention centers, music festivals, performing arts centers, and cultural institutions across four continents. OVG's focus on innovation and excellence in the live entertainment sector positions it as a premier choice for both clients and employees seeking to be part of transformative experiences on a global scale.

We are currently seeking seasonal Warehouse Runners to join our dynamic team at the Ford Idaho Center to support our Summer Concert Series. This seasonal opportunity runs from May 14th, 2026, through September 2nd, 2026. The role offers an hourly wage range of $16.00 to $17.00 and is tip eligible, making it a rewarding position for those looking to gain valuable experience in a vibrant live event environment.

As a Warehouse Runner at OVG, your primary responsibility will be to assist with the efficient setup and stocking of all concession stands and portable locations during the concert season. You will play a critical role in ensuring that inventory control, sanitation standards, product presentation, and quality meet Oak View Group’s high expectations. This position requires keen attention to detail, particularly with respect to the rotation of food products to guarantee that guests are served the freshest items available. In addition to stocking duties, you will maintain cleanliness by removing trash and recyclables from concession areas and ensuring that all storage and warehouse spaces are organized and sanitary.

The role also encompasses operational upkeep, including sweeping, mopping, and cleaning commissary dishes. Warehouse Runners are responsible for inventory management activities such as delivering items according to requisitions, organizing stock using the FIFO (First-In-First-Out) method, and assisting in monthly inventory counts as directed. Security of storage areas is paramount, and you will be tasked with ensuring that all inventory spaces remain locked and protected when unattended.

This position demands physical endurance, as frequent lifting of heavy objects will be necessary, and the work environment encompasses both weather-related and refrigerated conditions. Flexibility is essential, as team members must be available to work on some weekends. This seasonal role provides an excellent opportunity for individuals interested in gaining hands-on experience in a fast-paced hospitality and live event setting, while being part of a company committed to inclusivity, innovation, and excellence.

At Oak View Group, we are committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace. We believe that a wide range of voices and backgrounds enrich our community and enhance our service and operational excellence. Our ongoing success depends on our ability to create environments that celebrate the diverse communities we serve and operate within. Oak View Group is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of any protected class status per federal, state, or local law. Joining OVG means becoming part of a forward-thinking team devoted to revolutionizing the sports and entertainment experience worldwide.
