The Warehouse Runner role is a critical part of the concession operations at Oak View Group. This position supports concession stands by ensuring timely stocking of products, maintaining an accurate inventory, and providing assistance to the concessions team as needed during live events. The role demands a dependable and team-oriented individual who is dedicated to maintaining excellent attendance in line with company policies. The Warehouse Runner will be responsible for receiving and organizing deliveries, rotating stock to preserve product freshness, storing inventory efficiently in the warehouse, and upholding cleanliness and sanitation standards across all work areas. Job Duties
- Help set up and stock all concession stands and portable locations
- maintain inventory control and adhere to company sanitation, presentation, and quality standards
- ensure cleanliness of all concession stands by removing trash and recyclables
- rotate food products during stocking to ensure freshness
- maintain warehouse upkeep including sweeping, mopping, organizing storage areas, and cleaning commissary dishes
- keep storage areas and inventory neat, organized, and sanitary
- deliver items according to requisitions and apply FIFO method of stock rotation
- maintain security by ensuring all storage areas are properly locked and protected
- assist with monthly inventory counts
- report any inventory needs for upcoming events
