The Warehouse Runner position available at Chickasaw Bricktown Ballpark is a part-time, seasonal role primarily active from April through September. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- ability to work part-time on a seasonal basis from April through September
- ability to stand for extended periods and lift medium-weight items
- willingness to follow safety guidelines and company policies
- reliable transportation to and from work
- ability to work flexible schedules including evenings and weekends
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in warehouse or inventory management preferred
- basic computer skills
- ability to follow detailed instructions
- strong organizational skills
- good communication skills
- ability to work effectively in a team environment
- understanding of safety protocols and procedures
Job Duties
- Read production schedule, customer order, work order, shipping order or requisition to determine items to be moved, gathered or distributed
- convey materials from receiving or production areas to storage or other designated areas
- place materials/goods on racks, shelves and bins or in refrigerated rooms according to predetermined sequence such as size, type, style, color or product code
- fill requisition orders or requests for materials and products to food service outlets
- mark materials with identifying information
- open bales, crates and other containers
- record amounts of materials or items received or distributed
- weigh or count items for distribution within plant to ensure conformance to company standards
- arrange stock parts in specified sequence for assembly by other workers
- use computer to enter records
- compile worksheets or tickets from customer specifications
- maintain inventory records
- perform other duties as assigned
- ensure proper presentation, portion control and maintenance of serving temperatures
- follow HACCP standards
- personal commitment to safety and that of others
- abide by company policies including use of medium weight cut gloves, oven mitts, fryer or steamer gloves, slip-resistant shoes and proper lifting techniques
