The Warehouse Associate position is a full-time role, scheduled Monday through Friday from 6:00 am to 2:30 pm, with a competitive pay rate of $22.00 per hour. This role includes opportunities for certification as a Material Handling Equipment Operator and involves working in various specialized areas within the warehouse. These areas include Bulk/Material Handling Equipment Operation, Porter duties with cleaning and maintenance responsibilities, Replenishment tasks, Receiving/Putaway/Returns handling, Returns processing, and Shipping operations. Each area requires adherence to strict safety protocols and involves both manual and equipment-assisted handling of products, some weighing up to 100 pounds. The role demands physical stamina and the ability to work in conditions with seasonal temperature variations, along with the capability to lift, push, or pull significant weights and work at heights when necessary.

As a Warehouse Associate, you will play an essential role in maintaining the flow of products through the supply chain, contributing directly to customer satisfaction by ensuring products are accurately received, stored, shipped, and returned. Job Requirements

  • Minimum three months related experience in a warehouse environment or equivalent combination of acceptable training, education, and experience
  • Ability to pass a drug screen to the extent permissible legally
  • Basic English language skills both verbal and written communications
  • Ability to work additional hours beyond scheduled shift if hired full-time
  • Ability to work at heights up to 60 feet or more as needed
  • Ability to lift, push, or pull boxes/merchandise weighing between 70 pounds and 100 pounds by hand
  • Must wear safety composite shoes
  • Ability to walk and stand 100 percent of the time
  • Must be at least 18 years old

Job Duties

  • Operate material handling equipment such as forklifts, cherry pickers, turrets, or electric pallet jacks to pick and move products within the warehouse
  • Perform general cleaning and basic maintenance duties inside and outside of the facility
  • Confirm accuracy of products received and address discrepancies and damages
  • Communicate effectively and professionally with internal and external contacts to resolve issues
  • Manually unload trucks and palletize products
  • Organize, stack, and shrink-wrap customer orders on pallets
  • Load trucks manually while maintaining a safe and clean workspace
