Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • ability to manage time efficiently and prioritize tasks
  • strong computer skills, including experience with Warehouse Management Systems
  • must be able to work a flexible schedule including various shifts, weekends, overtime, and holidays
  • physical ability to lift and carry 30-40 pounds repetitively and larger items up to 75 pounds less frequently
  • must be able to adapt to varying temperature environments including freezer and refrigerated conditions

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED
  • experience managing or supervising warehouse teams
  • strong computer skills including experience with Warehouse Management Systems
  • ability to work a flexible schedule including various shifts, weekends, overtime, and holidays
  • effective leadership and communication skills
  • knowledge of safety regulations and warehouse compliance standards

Job Duties

  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of 25-28 Warehouse Associates
  • set clear and achievable performance goals using KPIs such as productivity, order accuracy, safety, and cleanliness
  • provide real-time coaching, guidance, and feedback to reinforce a positive work environment
  • inspire individual growth and career development
  • recognize and celebrate outstanding performance
  • lead safety inspections and enforce adherence to safety regulations and company policies
  • supervise daily warehouse operations including receiving, picking, packing, shipping, and inventory management
  • apply LEAN methodologies to optimize workflows and reduce waste
  • collaborate with peers and leadership to implement operational improvements
