Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required
- ability to manage time efficiently and prioritize tasks
- strong computer skills, including experience with Warehouse Management Systems
- must be able to work a flexible schedule including various shifts, weekends, overtime, and holidays
- physical ability to lift and carry 30-40 pounds repetitively and larger items up to 75 pounds less frequently
- must be able to adapt to varying temperature environments including freezer and refrigerated conditions
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- experience managing or supervising warehouse teams
- strong computer skills including experience with Warehouse Management Systems
- ability to work a flexible schedule including various shifts, weekends, overtime, and holidays
- effective leadership and communication skills
- knowledge of safety regulations and warehouse compliance standards
Job Duties
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of 25-28 Warehouse Associates
- set clear and achievable performance goals using KPIs such as productivity, order accuracy, safety, and cleanliness
- provide real-time coaching, guidance, and feedback to reinforce a positive work environment
- inspire individual growth and career development
- recognize and celebrate outstanding performance
- lead safety inspections and enforce adherence to safety regulations and company policies
- supervise daily warehouse operations including receiving, picking, packing, shipping, and inventory management
- apply LEAN methodologies to optimize workflows and reduce waste
- collaborate with peers and leadership to implement operational improvements
