This dynamic and influential organization is now seeking to hire a Warehouse Porter to join its event operations team. The Warehouse Porter plays a crucial role in the successful day-to-day operation of venue distribution and warehouse management functions. Responsibilities extend to managing inventory control, receiving goods, facilitating purchasing and ordering processes, coordinating lay-ins, tracking purchase orders, and maintaining clean, organized warehouse and concession spaces. Additionally, the role includes oversight of equipment maintenance and the operational readiness of concession stands and portable locations within the venues.

This position is essential to ensuring the efficient and profitable running of the company’s venue operations. With a focus on maintaining company standards in sanitation, inventory accuracy, presentation, and quality control, the Warehouse Porter ensures that the guest experience consistently meets or exceeds expectations. The role requires an individual who is dependable, professional, and capable of making independent decisions, as well as one who demonstrates outstanding interpersonal skills and self-direction.

The position offers an hourly wage of $16.00 and is tip eligible. The role is part-time and includes benefits such as enrollment in a 401(k) savings plan with matching contributions. Due to the event-driven nature of the business, the Warehouse Porter must be available to work a flexible schedule that includes evenings, weekends, and holidays as required. This flexibility ensures that every event runs smoothly and both the venues and vendors are fully supported.
