Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred
- Food Handlers Permit required according to the Lincoln-Lancaster Health Department
- Ability to stand and walk for entire length of shift
- Ability to lift and carry supplies and equipment up to 60 pounds and place items on shelves
- Ability to frequently reach, twist, bend, squat, push and pull as needed
- Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to complete pre-employment food service training if applicable

Job Duties
- Maintain safe working conditions and sanitary work area
- Follow rules and regulations of Legends Global Food & Beverage
- Interact with customers and clients in a pleasant and professional manner
- Monitor stock levels and obtain supplies and equipment as requested by management
- Ensure assigned areas are kept clean and orderly
- Perform and assist with routine inventory on a daily basis
- Ensure timely delivery of requisitions
- Demonstrate prompt and efficient service to Bartenders, Servers, Concession Attendants, and Management
- Stock and organize inventory based on first in, first out
- Demonstrate exceptional time management and respond promptly to last minute requests
- Maintain equipment standards and report malfunctions immediately
- Consistently follow departmental guidelines for sanitation and safety standards
- Perform other duties as assigned
