The Warehouse Porter position at Legends Global Alamodome is a part-time, seasonal, and hourly role designed to support the food and beverage department by assisting with the transfer, stocking, and management of concession supplies before, during, and after events. The Warehouse Porter works under the direction of the Warehouse Manager and plays a crucial role in maintaining the smooth functioning of the concession inventory and supply areas within the venue. This role requires an individual who is reliable, able to work in a fast-paced environment, and who understands the importance of safety and sanitation standards.

As the Warehouse Porter, you will be responsible for monitoring stock levels and replenishing supplies promptly to meet the demands of event operations. This includes organizing inventory using the first in, first out method to ensure that all products are used efficiently and safely. The role involves consistent communication and cooperation with Bartenders, Servers, Concession Attendants, and Management to provide timely support. The Warehouse Porter will also help maintain equipment standards and promptly report any malfunctions to uphold operational continuity.

This job requires physical stamina as the role involves standing and walking throughout the shift, lifting and carrying items weighing up to 60 pounds, and frequently bending, reaching, and pushing equipment to ensure properly stocked and orderly work areas. Working environments may include exposure to hot and damp conditions as well as contact with cleaning chemicals. Additionally, the Warehouse Porter must demonstrate excellent time management skills and the ability to respond promptly to last-minute requests, ensuring that all concession areas remain clean, stocked, and operational throughout events.

Employment requirements include a minimum age of 18 years, a high school diploma or GED preferred, and possession of a Food Handlers Permit as mandated by the Lincoln-Lancaster Health Department.
