As a leading American manufacturer, the company drives economic prosperity nationally through continuous investments in its people, facilities, and communities. The Warehouse Picker will be working primarily with various Anheuser-Busch products such as Budweiser, Bud Light, Busch, Stella Artois, and Michelob Ultra, using tools like electric pallet jacks, fork trucks, and voice pick systems to build and prepare pallets for shipment to retailers. The job entails carefully selecting the correct product, ensuring safe handling, and loading the right products onto the appropriate trucks. Key responsibilities include maintaining warehouse cleanliness, managing damaged product rework, coordinating truck loading, spotting trailers, verifying pallets, and maintaining accurate inventory records.
The employment is structured with a work schedule from Sunday to Thursday, starting at 5:00 PM PDT, and the wage is $26.80 per hour. This part-time or full-time position offers the chance to be part of a company that values dedication and strives for excellence in all operational aspects. Employees in this role are expected to uphold Anheuser-Busch’s high standards of quality and safety, including adherence to health and sanitation policies. The role provides ample opportunity for personal growth, including gaining forklift certification and working with lean six-sigma methodologies to increase efficiency within the warehouse. It also emphasizes the importance of teamwork, safety, and high performance.
