Job Description
Anheuser-Busch is a leading beverage company known for producing some of the nation’s most iconic beer brands including Michelob ULTRA, Busch Light, Budweiser, Bud Light, Stella Artois, and Cutwater Spirits, along with a variety of industry-leading craft brands. Proudly rooted in a rich heritage and a forward-looking vision, Anheuser-Busch operates with a strong commitment to supporting American farmers, military personnel, veterans, first responders, and local communities through responsible drinking programs and charitable initiatives. As an employer, Anheuser-Busch is powered by a passionate team dedicated to creating a future filled with more moments of celebration and connection.
This particular opportunity is for the role of Warehouse Personnel, a vital part of Anheuser-Busch’s extensive supply chain operations. The position focuses on accurate product handling and efficient logistics to ensure that products are properly loaded and ready to be delivered. Offering an hourly wage of $26.80, the role operates Monday through Friday with start times between 5:00am and 7:00am PDT, providing a consistent weekday work schedule.
As a Warehouse employee, precision and reliability are paramount. The role requires you to use advanced tools such as computer-generated load sheets and the Vocollect picking system to validate the accuracy of product loads. You will play a key role in ensuring product safety and integrity, both for the goods and the employees involved. Through the use of lean six-sigma methodologies, you will contribute to optimizing warehouse operations, improving efficiencies, and managing key performance indicators relevant to logistics. Your responsibilities also include maintaining facility cleanliness, adhering to safety and environmental compliance standards, and operating warehouse equipment like pallet jacks, forklifts, and walkie riders.
Working at Anheuser-Busch offers more than just a job; it’s about becoming part of a culture that values curiosity, passion, and teamwork. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with their hands, have a keen eye for detail, and take pride in seeing tangible results from their efforts. You’ll be part of a team that not only supports your growth by providing the necessary tools and training but also embraces an inclusive environment where your contributions help drive the company's continued success and positive community impact.
If you have previous experience in warehouse or distribution environments, familiarity with the beverage industry, or a desire to be part of a company that makes a meaningful difference through its products and community involvement, this Warehouse Personnel position could be an excellent fit for your next career move. Join us and be part of a company that dreams big, looks forward with purpose, and celebrates the shared moments that bring people together.
