Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- Ability to lift cases weighing 20 to 45 pounds repeatedly during a long work period
- Capability to stand, walk, bend, twist, squat, reach, and grasp frequently during work
- Experience operating forklifts and power pallet jacks
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and maintain order accuracy
- Willingness to work varied hours and in different weather conditions
- Commitment to maintaining a clean and safe work environment
Job Qualifications
- Experience working in a warehouse environment such as order selecting, product storage, product staging, powered pallet jack/forklifts
- Ability to drive a forklift including basic operations such as driving forwards, backwards, lifting and lowering boom, maneuvering in tight areas without damaging product
- Experience working with racking systems and loading/unloading pallets including pulling and placing pallets on/off vertical product racking systems and trucks
- Ability to maximize storage by stacking products vertically
- Experience working in a team environment including cooperating with co-workers and joint problem solving
- Minimum age of 18 years or older
Job Duties
- Drive power pallet jack or forklift to picking area and build pallet/load according to load sheet or voice pick audio equipment
- Mark load ticket for out of stock items
- Wrap pallet when pallet/load is finished
- Turn in paperwork with order for check before loading and have truck checked
- Stage pallet and/or load into truck when ready
- Complete partial pallets and put away mixed pallets
- Maintain proper housekeeping standards in work area
- Regular, reliable, predictable attendance
