BAL is currently seeking a Warehouse Operations Supervisor to lead and manage operations in their warehouse facility. This role is pivotal for maintaining the high standards BAL sets for customer service, operational efficiency, and employee management. The Warehouse Operations Supervisor will oversee the receiving and redistribution dock, ensuring all logistics processes align with TSA and airport regulations. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong leadership abilities, effectively coach and build a world-class team, and foster productive relationships with suppliers and customers. Emphasis is placed on initiative, work ethic, and a commitment to continuous improvement.
The position offers an annual salary of $45,000, complemented by an attractive benefits package that includes employer-paid health insurance, a 401K with company match, annual bonuses, paid holidays, and opportunities for professional development and career advancement. The working schedule is Monday through Friday from 5:00 AM to 1:00 PM, with flexibility for weekend shifts if required. This role requires physical capability, including the ability to lift up to 75 pounds, as well as passing TSA background checks and meeting other safety and security standards.

Job Requirements
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in team or employee management
- associate’s degree or equivalent direct work experience
- ability to work Monday through Friday, 5:00 AM to 1:00 PM, with flexibility for weekends
- ability to lift up to 75 pounds
- pass TSA background check
- meet drug, alcohol, and driver’s license requirements
- proficiency in written and oral communication
- familiarity with word processing, email, database, and internet software

Job Duties
- Train, lead, and ensure team adherence to all BAL, TSA, airport, and customer regulations and policies
- oversee daily operations, including opening/closing, scheduling, distribution, and performance monitoring
- maintain high standards of safety, quality, and efficiency
- identify and implement process improvements
- collaborate with vendors, suppliers, and airport stakeholders to optimize performance and resolve issues
- execute administrative tasks and consistently enforce company policies and procedures
