Job Requirements
- Associate degree in a relevant field preferred but not required if offset by experience
- Minimum 2 years of warehouse operations, logistics, or supply chain management experience
- Proven leadership skills including coaching and performance improvement
- Proficiency with word processing, email, database, and internet software
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to lift up to 75 pounds occasionally
- Must pass security background check
- Must have valid driver’s license
- Must pass pre-employment drug and alcohol screening
Job Qualifications
- An associate degree in a relevant field is preferred
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or supply chain management focusing on team leadership and operational efficiency
- Demonstrated experience managing and developing employee teams including coaching, performance improvement, and executing action plans to meet short- and long-term operational targets
- Proficiency in word processing, email, database management, and internet software
- Excellent written and oral communication skills for reporting and team coordination
- Ability to lift 75 pounds occasionally
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to pass security background check and drug and alcohol testing
Job Duties
- Train and ensure employees adhere to all procedures and regulations BCL, customers, and other stakeholders set while upholding safety and quality standards
- Provide hands-on leadership in a physically demanding environment, fostering a motivated, professional, and customer-focused team aligned with BCL’s core values, mission, and vision
- Interact with suppliers, vendors, and other stakeholders to optimize operational performance, ensure quality control standards, and execute daily distribution objectives
- Identify and resolve operational and maintenance issues to prevent delays, minimize costs, and enhance efficiency, safety, and performance
- Manage scheduling, enforce company policies fairly, oversee opening and closing procedures, and meet all labor, quality, and delivery commitments
