The role of Warehouse Operations and Delivery Associate based in Charlotte, NC, reporting to the Director of Procurement, is a crucial position that supports Carolina Farm Trust’s mission by managing the logistics involved in moving farm-fresh products from harvest to market. This hybrid position combines warehouse management with delivery responsibilities, ensuring that locally grown goods are efficiently and accurately processed, packaged, and delivered to various markets, wholesale clients, and direct consumers. The successful candidate will excel in organizing daily fulfillment operations such as picking, packing, and preparing orders while maintaining strict quality control standards. Inventory management is also a key element, requiring attention to detail and proficiency with inventory tracking systems to keep stock levels up to date and ready for timely product replenishment.

In addition to warehouse duties, the Delivery Associate will coordinate and manage delivery routes, ensuring that produce arrives fresh and on schedule. This role demands a proactive approach to scheduling, route planning, and communication with stakeholders to maintain high service standards and food safety compliance during transportation.
