The role of Warehouse Manager - Operations and Systems Optimization at Kings III is pivotal in transforming warehouse operations through strategic leadership and optimization of daily workflows. The ideal candidate is an experienced warehouse manager with a solid background in Lean Six Sigma methodologies and a passion for process automation and system integration. This role involves defining and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) such as Dock-to-Stock time, Order Picking Accuracy, Perfect Order Rate, and Inventory Turnover to identify operational bottlenecks and implement improvements. You will lead the application of DMAIC principles in Lean Six Sigma to reduce waste, optimize warehouse slotting, and enhance picking and packing efficiency. Managing daily warehouse processes including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping with accuracy rates exceeding 99% is a core responsibility. Additionally, you will oversee inventory control through rigorous audits and cycle counts to minimize shrinkage.

Leadership is crucial in this role as you will mentor warehouse staff, enforce OSHA safety standards, and promote a safety-first culture.
