Job Requirements
- Minimum three months related experience in a warehouse environment or equivalent training, education, and experience
- Ability to pass a drug screen to the extent legally permissible
- Basic English language skills both verbal and written
- Ability to work additional hours beyond scheduled shifts if hired full-time
- Ability to work at heights up to 60 feet
- Ability to lift, push, or pull boxes weighing between 70 and 100 pounds manually
- Must wear safety composite shoes
- Ability to walk and stand for 100 percent of the time
- Must be at least 18 years old
Job Qualifications
- Minimum three months related experience in a warehouse environment or equivalent combination of training, education, and experience
- Basic English language skills including verbal and written communication
- Ability to be certified as a material handling equipment operator
- Inclusive and collaborative approach to working with colleagues and customers
- Ability to adopt and ensure adherence to safety procedures
- Ability to work in varying warehouse temperature conditions
Job Duties
- Operate material handling equipment such as forklifts, cherry pickers, turrets, or electric pallet jacks to move products within the warehouse
- Perform general cleaning and basic maintenance duties both inside and outside the facility
- Confirm accuracy of received products and address discrepancies and damages
- Manually unload trucks and palletize products
- Organize, stack, and shrink-wrap customer orders on pallets
- Load trucks manually while maintaining a safe and clean workspace
- Follow all safety procedures and practices consistently
