With a history of innovative service and a vast distribution network, Staples continues to uphold its legacy by focusing on customer satisfaction, safety, and operational excellence.

The role of a Warehouse Associate at Staples is integral to the success of its supply chain operations. This position involves a wide range of responsibilities within several warehouse functions, including material handling, receiving, replenishment, returns, shipping, and general maintenance. This dynamic role also includes tasks such as unloading and palletizing goods, verifying product accuracy, organizing customer orders, and maintaining cleanliness and safety within the warehouse.

Safety is a paramount priority at Staples, and the warehouse associate will be expected to embrace and uphold strict safety procedures and protocols every day. The role demands a focus on teamwork, communication, and collaboration, as associates will work closely with internal colleagues and external contacts to resolve issues and maintain smooth operations. Additional overtime hours may be required depending on business needs. Staples supports its associates with various benefits, including paid time off, holiday pay, company discounts, 401(k) matching, wellness programs, and business resource groups that foster inclusion and community engagement.

Working as a warehouse associate at Staples is both challenging and rewarding. It requires physical stamina to handle tasks involving lifting, standing, and working at heights up to 60 feet. Additionally, associates must be certified to operate material handling equipment, adhere to safety standards, and maintain an organized and clean workspace.
